CTO Expo 2025 Exhibition: Which New Products Attracted Increased Interest from Car Owners

At the end of spring, another edition of the International Exhibition of Spare Parts, Aftermarket Services, and Maintenance — CTO Expo — took place in Moscow. It seems to be becoming a good industry tradition to welcome summer with new products, cutting-edge trends, and professional discussions on the most pressing and relevant topics in the automotive business.

This event became the only platform for showcasing the latest achievements and innovative solutions in automotive service technologies and equipment. It brought together not only thousands of professionals and specialists from the global automotive industry but also representatives of the commercial vehicle and special machinery sectors, providing effective opportunities for partnership development and reliable supplier sourcing, including in logistics and warehouse storage. All this became possible thanks to the unique EXPO synergy format.

CTO Expo 2025: What Major Manufacturers and Auto Component Suppliers Showcased

For the third consecutive year, CTO Expo has confirmed its status as an effective international business platform. Vasily Bandura, Technical Director of GILZA PRO, commented: “A large number of target visitors came to our stand, and we will be following up on the results of these meetings throughout the entire year. Our boldest expectations have been fully met.”

This year, CTO Expo attracted 24,695 professionals and specialists from the automotive industry, 64% of whom were top managers and business owners. The number of visitors increased by 25% compared to 2024. It is worth noting that 55% of visitors attended CTO Expo for the first time — a clear indicator that the exhibition is becoming increasingly attractive to a wide professional audience.

CTO Expo is the most dynamically developing and successful project in the field of vehicle repair and maintenance.

The total exhibition area amounted to over 18,000 m², exceeding last year’s figures by 6%. This year, CTO Expo was located in the central Pavilion No. 2, alongside the construction machinery parts section of CTT Expo, as well as in Pavilion No. 3, next to the commercial vehicle exhibition COMvex. This ensured a consistently high flow of visitors, including those from related industries.

This year, CTO Expo was attended by 24,695 professionals and specialists from the automotive industry, 64% of whom were top managers and business owners. The number of visitors increased by 25% compared to 2024. It is worth noting that 55% of attendees visited CTO Expo for the first time — a clear indicator that the exhibition is becoming increasingly attractive to a broad professional audience.

A successful initiative for the exhibition was the Catalogue of Special Exclusive Offers from exhibitors, created specifically for CTO Expo visitors. It attracted strong interest from industry professionals and helped them plan their stand visits more efficiently.

It is important to note that many major companies, among the various competing spring events, chose to participate exclusively in CTO Expo 2025 to showcase their products.

A notable trend was the 50% increase in the number of stands featuring suppliers and distributors of automotive lubricants, technical fluids, and service chemicals, which were allocated a dedicated hall. This growth was driven by rising demand — both from exhibitors eager to present their products in this category and from visitors seeking new brands in the segment or looking to connect with well-established manufacturers and distributors.

CTO Expo 2025 – New Horizons: Growth and Development

The exhibition is the most dynamically developing and successful project in the field of vehicle repair and maintenance, annually demonstrating an expanding visitor base, a significant increase in the number of participants, and substantial growth in the exhibition area.

The exhibition area of CTO Expo 2025 has grown by 30% — the exposition will cover over 18,000 m² across three halls of Crocus Expo. This expansion will allow more than 400 participating companies to be accommodated.

CTO Expo 2025 promises to become the most anticipated key event in the industry for professionals in the field of spare parts, maintenance, and service.

As of October 2024, the number of exhibitors increased by 20% compared to October 2023. More than half of the companies that applied for participation in 2025 are returning exhibitors from previous years. At the same time, the number of new participants has grown significantly. In 2025, such well-known brands as ROSNEFT, TEBOIL, MANNOL, MOZER, GNV OIL, RAVENOL, FQ, and others will present their products for the first time.
