2024 the International Trade Fair for Spare Parts, Automotive Aftersales Market and Service CTO Expo was held at Crocus Expo, Moscow.
Located in the central pavilion of the large-scale EXPO exposition, CTO Expo provided a unique opportunity for professionals from several segments to choose the best among the expanded line of auto parts, components, accessories, consumables and service equipment for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and construction equipment.
The most relevant and sought-after novelties of goods, equipment, services and technologies were presented
by 370 companies from 9 countries: Russia, Belarus, Germany, Italy, China, Turkey, France, South Korea and Japan.

Business program A special focus of this year is a saturated business program from leading specialists, experts and professional associations. For all four days on two conference platforms the topics that concern the industry were raised: trends and forecasts of the automotive market, domestic production of automotive components and support systems for service stations, which digital tools to use for service stations and how to build long-term relationships with customers.
57 experts took part in discussions, presentations and master classes.
More than 800 delegates attended the events of the business program.
Opinion leaders from the Russian Association of Service Stations (RASTO), GROUPAUTO Russia, the analytical agency Autostat, FIT SERVICE network, Pravy Avtobusiness, and Tradesoft shared their competencies.

World Automotive Components Awards was held as part of the exhibition, where CTO Expo visitors took part in a survey to identify the best companies in 19 categories.
Visitors of the exhibition 19,753 specialists from 30 countries and 85 Russian regions visited the exhibition. Special focus this year was directed on the qualitative audience of visitors. 62.5% are top managers, 77.3% make purchasing decisions, 58.4% are looking for new products and quality service, expert information. Spare parts and components are in demand for 83.3% of visitors. 51% of specialists are interested in oils and lubricants. The section of equipment for repair and diagnostics attracts 51.6% of the professional audience. Visitors of CTO Expo emphasized the significant expansion of the exhibition, increased opportunities to become a partner of new areas, a unique option to communicate with regional representatives of manufacturers, distributors, retail chains of related industries, to assess market trends to outline ways of business development.
