Exceeding all expectation International Trade Fair for Spare Parts, Automotive Aftersales Market, and Service CTO Expo 2025 took place from May 27 to 30at Crocus Expo IEC, establishing itself as the premier platform for showcasing the latest advancements and innovative solutions in auto-service technologies and equipment. This event united thousands of automotive professionals and specialists from all over the world but also the representatives of commercial transport and special machinery, providing effective contacts for partnership developments and finding reliable suppliers, including logistics tasks and storage in warehouses. Exhibition, scale, and structure Covering over 18,000 square meters, this year's exhibition saw a 6% increase compared to last year. This year CTO Expo was located at the central Pavilion №2 together with the exposition of spare parts for construction machinery of CTT Expo, and at the Pavilion №3 close to COMvex exhibition of commercial transport. This strategic arrangement ensured a consistent flow of visitors, including those from related industries.
Traditionally, exhibition venues were characterized by a clear structure and distribution by product groups, starting with automotive components and spare parts for maintenance and ending with service equipment, accessories, and electronics. This allowed visitors to easily navigate and find the necessary exhibitors.
A noticeable trend was a 50% increase in the number of stands of suppliers and distributors of automotive lubricants, technical fluids, and service chemicals, which were allocated a separate hall. This was facilitated by increased demand from both participants for the presentation of this type of product and from visitors who came to the exhibition in search of new brands in this segment or access to established manufacturers and distributors.

, CTO Expo welcomed an impressive 24,695 professionals and specialists from the automotive industry, 64% of whom were representatives of top management and owners of the automotive business. The exhibition experienced a remarkable 25% increase in visitor numbers compared to 2024. Notably, 55% of attendees were first-time visitors, highlighting the growing appeal of the exhibition to a diverse professional audience. The geography of presence has increased — representatives of 36 countries (30 countries in 2024) and 87 regions across Russia visited the exhibition (compared to 85 in the previous year). In terms of the number of guests representing St. Petersburg, the northern capital took third place after Moscow and the Moscow region. The top 10 in terms of attendance included the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Rostov Region, the Krasnodar Territory, as well as Samara, Voronezh, Chelyabinsk, and Sverdlovsk regions.
Thus, Moscow reaffirmed its status as the exhibition capital of our country, traditionally attracting a significant number of specialists from all over Russia and abroad.
The guests of CTO Expo 2025 noted the main goals of visiting the exhibition:
